What it costs
How much is an arcade party?
$600 for four hours — pick 6 games from our library of 16, full setup and teardown included, within 30 miles of Fletcher, NC. A 50% deposit holds your date. Need just one game? That's $400 for four hours.
How far do you travel?
We serve events within 3 hours of Fletcher, NC — Asheville, Hendersonville, Greenville SC, Spartanburg, Hickory, Charlotte, Knoxville, Columbia SC, and everywhere in between. Delivery is free within 30 miles; a small travel fee applies past 30 miles.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal — there is only one setup, so each Friday and Saturday books exactly one party. Popular weekends go first. Holiday dates (Halloween, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas through New Year’s, July 4th, Super Bowl) run $750 for the full setup or $500 for a single game.

What do you bring?
Everything: the game stations, screens, controllers, LED lights, and a big screen so the whole room can watch. We arrive early, set up, test everything, and tear it all down when the night ends.
What do you need from me?
About a 10x10 foot space, access to two standard wall outlets, and a place to park close to the setup spot. That is it.
What games can we pick?
Any 6 from our library of 16 — Street Fighter 2, Mortal Kombat II, NBA Jam, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, TMNT, The Simpsons, X-Men, Double Dragon, Final Fight, Dig Dug, BurgerTime, and Q*bert. We also have pre-built packages for little kids (ages 4–8) and older kids (8+).
What ages is this for?
Kids of any age — and the grown-ups always end up playing too. Pick the Little Kids package (ages 4–8) or the Older Kids package (8+) when you book.
Can you run a tournament at our party?
Yes — tournament hosting is a $150 add-on. We run a full bracket (Street Fighter 2 is the most requested) with live commentary and a prize for the winner.
What if a game breaks mid-party?
We bring backup hardware to every event. If a station goes down, we swap it fast — your party does not stop.

Do you do corporate events?
Big time. Employee appreciation days, team building, holiday parties — and we do weekday daytime setups at your business, not just Friday and Saturday nights. Tell us the headcount and we will quote it: 828-702-0169.
Do you do bar nights?
Yes — a one-night arcade tournament at your bar. We bring the setup, run the tournament, and hype the crowd. You keep the food and drink revenue. No entry fee for players — you pay one flat rate, and bigger venues add a $150 host fee. Call 828-702-0169 for a quote.
