The National Arcade Championship

Terms & Conditions

These terms cover playing in National Arcade Championship league nights and using this website. By signing up to play, you agree to them and to the published Player Rules.

League terms

Playing in the league

01

Entry

Entry is $40 per player, per qualifier night, paid before play as described in the Player Rules. Your spot is locked once payment is received.

02

Prizes

Every qualifier night pays $200 in guaranteed prizes: $100 for 1st, $60 for 2nd, $40 for 3rd. The National Arcade Championship pays the winners directly, by Venmo, the same night.

03

Ties

If players tie for a paid place, one tie breaker game settles it. Paid places are never split — every paid place is decided by play.

04

Be there

League nights are played in person. You must be present at the venue to compete and to claim a prize.

05

Conduct and removal

Good sportsmanship is required. The venue and the National Arcade Championship may remove any player who is disruptive, cheats, or harasses others. Removal or disqualification means no refund.

06

Photos and video

League nights are public events. Photos and video taken at an event may be used in National Arcade Championship promotion, including social media and this website. Playing in an event means you are okay with that.

07

Match-update texts from National Arcade Championship

Players opt in to match-update texts by checking the text consent box on the National Arcade Championship website sign-up form. If you opt in, we will text your bracket assignment, a call when your match is up, your next match, and your final result. Message frequency is a few messages per event night. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Opting out stops the texts; it does not cancel your entry.

08

Using this website

Use this website lawfully and don’t misuse the sign-up, payment, or scoring forms. The site’s content — name, logo, and pages — belongs to the National Arcade Championship. The site is provided as-is; we may update these terms and will post the current version on this page.
